If you are talking about the tag in the update stream then you can't.
The BC team will do it automatically once they spotted your story.
As long as it is marked as completed and is not the type "serial" or "final chapter" it should become "SOLO" in the update stream after a few hours at most.

The key to changing ONGOING to SOLO is to not try to do it in edit mode.
You approach your story from outside, either on the front page or by finding
your own stuff in the author's list. And at the bottom of your story synopsis box thing
it will say ONGOING or SOLO. You click it and it magically changes.
At least it does for me anyway.

ONGOING changes to COMPLETED when clicked. The thing that changes to SOLO is the ... in front of the ONGOING/COMPLETED tag. It's hidden that way to discourage people from clicking it who don't know what it does. :)
