Last part of Light's Promise is up. Wow, serious editing blitz this week, even rewrote a couple scenes that needed them.

Hopefully was all worth it! And that people enjoy it, the combat scene was a lot of fun to write. Not to mention the reveal / cliffhanger at the end... -evil grin-

Now to get going on book 3... so many ideas to sort through!

Thanks to everyone who reads, and especially to everyone who comments! They mean a lot, each and every one!

Evil

You are one very evil sob and are clearly taking lessons from the incarnate/archon of pure evil whoever that is. Dropping cliffhangers of that magnitude on us and then just leaving us stranded in the desert without water so we start dying of thirst. Your not satisfied with just one enormous bombshell but keep needing to drop artillery strikes, leaving all of us feeling battered, bruised, and trying to pull ourselves back together. I’m hoping you will let a little of Jordan’s light inside and it will stop being so painful to read your cliffhangers. After all you put us through it is still one of my all time favorite stories.

I'd offer to give enigmatic teaser hints about things, but then I'd be inundated with too much cheesecake! lol

Though I have been considering writing an in-between Nick Wright short story which -could- reveal more stuffs. Haven't decided yet, hoping to take a week or two to go deal with real life (blah).

If it's any consolation, I do feel a smidge of guilt on how long these things seem to take to write and edit. Second book took a lot more editing time than I expected as it was. First one took five months, this one took six... :/

Thanks so much for calling me evil names! :D

Wild, crazy good stuff!! And thank you sooo very much for paying close attention to the mechanics of your craft, by writing and editing your prose so that we don’t lose the magic while trying to figure out what the hell you’re trying to describe?

If you haven’t attracted the attention of the Whateley cannon authors by now, all I can say is there is something seriously wrong. You’re up there with the best of ’em!
