I don't know you and thus never knew your wife, but losing a loved one is never easy to overcome or move on from.
I would hope there are grief counselling resources available to you. If there are, please take advantage of them, letting yourself drown in grief without others to help you makes for a very difficult time. Good grief counsellors can help you to accept the loss in positive ways.
That is in no way meant to demean or belittle your loss, but to give you options that might help you heal.
If you have friends that live near you, visits with them or having them visit you can also help with the healing.
