I had been on spironolactone at 300 Mg per day. Unfortunately, my kidneys objected to that high a dose. I spent three week sans meds and tried again. Even at the low dosage of 50 mg my kidneys showed signs of reacting. The doctor changed me to finasteride at 5 mg per day.
Now to my tale of woe. It so happens that the kidney problem showed up right after I had renewed my prescription for spironolactone. So I have 270 caplets of spironolactone that I can't take. They are in two pharmacy sealed bottles (135 each). I paid $20 for them. If anyone is on spironolactone and could use them I'd be willing to work a deal.
PM me if interested.

I'm Under the Impression
That you are fairly old and have already had a family. Why don't you just get rid of your testes and avoid all the problems caused by various medications?
Also, look into laws on distributing prescription medication; it might be illegal to even give it away free.

one word
Family, I'm still married and my wife is reluctantly going along with my transition. I promised her that I wouldn't do anything permanent. She's uneasy about breasts and I've had to assure her that I wouldn't develop any more than the breast forms I'm already wearing full-time. To complicate matters, not only would my wife have to agree, I would have to let my daughter know what was up, because my wife doesn't drive and my daughter would have to ferry me to and from surgery.
While my daughter grew up knowing I cross-dressed, she's not been in the loop for the past 25 years. I'm pretty sure she's unaware my feminine side has been allowed to come to the fore and that the times when she comes over with her husband and my grandchildren I butch it up enough so they can believe I'm masculine. :( My son-in-law, at my daughter's request has been kept totally in the dark and as a result, so have my grandchildren.
Hugs
Patricia
