Sorry for no updates lately. Zoe's been down and out, for personal reasons, she's probably told you all..
I've been busy working on the Game end of our business big time and dabbling a tiny bit in writing. First and foremost I want to thank everyone for Zoe that's bought her book on Amazon, and secondly I want to think all of you who support us on Patreon If you want to support us, you can go ahead and click that link. Again we really appreciate every one of our fans and apologize for the long missing in action here. Hopefully we'll have something tangible to post here on BCTS soon :)

As for where I've been, well...

I probably should just post a blog about it :-) The long and short of it was that back at the tail end of June, my father finally lost his battle with life, for lacking a better word. He had, in no particular order: interstitial lung disease, pulmonary fibrosis, stage 4 kidney cancer, advanced stage diabetes, heart disease, and pneumonia.

How he managed to live as long as he did is kind of a minor miracle. He was 64 years old.

My dad and I did not get along well at all so when he died, there was a lot left unsaid between us, but what he did say shook me to my core, and made me regret that I didn't tell him more. I don't want to get into all that in a comment like this though :-)

But yeah, suffice to say, the major delay in writing is pretty much me coping with the stages of grief. I'm doing better now, trying to claw my way back up, and writing is a big part of that.

We've got some exciting story ideas we're working on, and like Ashly said, we want to post something special here once it's further along (that we can stay ahead of it for writing/editing!)

Thank you all for your support. Without TopShelf, there would literally be no me. I would not be here, alive, today if not for the friends I've made here. I've lost one or two along the way (RIP Edeyn ♥ I love you, sister!), but the things she taught me live on, and hopefully, in time, I can pass them on to others too.

Okay, shutting up now, honest! :-)
Love,
Zoe
