Who's worse?

Having dealt with the IRS and AT&T, I have to wonder who's worse. Personal contact is almost out of the question, and if you finally find a number to call the wait is at least a half of an hour. I had to deal with AT&T since yesterday. I overlooked a bill and a block was put on my fax number. I paid in full at 11:30 AM and service was to be restored in the next six hours. Well it seems they forgot to restore it. I called again this morning and was told there had been a glitch in the system but I would have service by noon, RIGHT. I had to be at a jobsite and returned after 12:00. You will never guess, go on, guess. Did I have service yet? Good guess, NO! I called again and screamed at the damn comuterized voice system again, and was able to get a real person to talk to. "I fixed everything, you will have service in the next two to four hours, oh by the way, would you like to sign up for DSL, or satalite TV?" "No thank you, would AT&T like to sign up for kiss my ass?" To make things worse, there is no way to complain to the company. I went to their web site and all that's available is their question, answer, things. I've spent hours with this and still can't fax, Grrr, Arecee
