Tucking has never been an issue for me.......
Probably because I started doing it at a very early age - not out of any true knowledge, but rather because I simply didn't want to see that thing that wasn't supposed to be there. So I hid it the most logical place.
Because of that, I have never had any issues with doing it. Of course after a substantial time on hormones, it becomes a much smaller problem if you get my meaning.

As for other questions...
Ice doesn't work for me as it's mentioned in some stories, maybe I'm too old. Keeping warm works better - scrotum softens in warm. Pushing testicles inside was painful few first times, later it's almost comfortable - balls pop in without a problem as they pop out the same way so the problem is not to put them inside but keep them there.
Bending penis down and back isn't comfortable at first, later it's bearable but then it's sweating and becomes too hot. Two solutions: bend not too tight and use some powder.

TG forum has a full description of the Vagi-gaff. The reviewer wore it for a while, so they're just not hawking a product.
I hope this was helpful to you. I plan to include this product in future stories, rather than the larger latex product.

What I want...
Is a way of going to the toilet without everything popping out, and then having to put it back again. The vee-string appears to be the only gaff to do this.
Not a gaff...
The vee-string is a strictly prosthetic vagina product. They've gotten better than they used to be, but are still extremely uncomfortable for most to use. They're also no longer the only style of prosthetic vagina product with no included gaff. I've never had a chance to try any such products though. Gaffs are expensive enough. Prosthetic vagina's are ridiculously so when you really aren't going to want people seeing you down there even if you had a real one. The only thing that makes a pure prosthetic appealing is that most of them can be worn even while going to the bathroom, obviating the need to readjust after every toilet visit. This "vagina gaff" which is a gaff with a fake vagina insert that only gives an appearance, while still requiring the readjusting after bathroom visits.

It's just a typical thong gaff with a silicone insert that gives the appearance of a woman's labia with a Brazilian wax job. Comfort should be similar to one without the silicone, maybe sweatier.
I've been able to wear a NON thong gaff for up to 24 hours. Not 48 though. Thongs flossing by anus is something I'll never get used to though.
You are going to need to remove the entire undergarment any time you have to use the restroom and get yourself back into it after, same as all gaffs.
