There'll not be an episode of OHOP this evening, as I'm a tad rough. There was a certain room in the flat I hadn't visited since Thursday (first time experience for me), and my GP provided a very thorough remedy... I'm not feeling very creative right now :)

Say no more, say no more ...
A wink is as good as a nod, and a smile can be your umbrella. No need to keep us posted, save on stamps, you know. We'll just hope everything came out all right. :)
Hugs,
Erin

Poor Dab
I hope it wasn't too moving an experience :)

Huh, can't you use a laptop?
They are, after all, intended to be used on lap when the user is in a seated position; moreover they don't need a mains connection. So what's the problem?
Get well soon :)

Don't forget the paperwork. :)

I blame the lentils
It's not a problem I've experienced before, and to be honest I was a tad scared... it can be one of the most unpleasant MS symptoms, but I bought a new Indian cookery book recently and have been eating a lot of different types of lentils, along with white basmati (I can't abide whole rice).
The nature of the cure did seem rather counter-intuitive, but you can't argue with results :)
Tisk tisk tisk children ...
Ang, “a moving experience?†That’s the sort of thing an adolescent would say.
Geoff, “Use a laptop?†Are you mad? Try cleaning *THAT* out of a keyboard plus it is not “Squeezably soft†by any standard.
Lainielee, “Paperwork?†That was so juvenile a Boy Scout would say that line.
The adolescent Boy Scout hiding out in this 50 year old body is very impressed.
Bravo, potty humor is alive and well, as are you, Ceri, I hope, after our horid jokes.

Normal service soon to resume
I hesitate to say 'there's light at the end of the tunnel' but I have managed to write a few hundred words this evening (my crowning creative expression of the day unfortunately was a dyspeptic - pun intended - email to a colleague that run to several drafts, each vetoed by my manager) :(
the curse of part thirteen
It's on its way honest, but it's taking a while to get over my tribulations... hopefully I'll be able to get it down, before I've had too much time to think about it :)
oh joy
didn't make it into work today, as per doctor's orders I didn't take my normal nightly medication - not the one that stops me barking at the moon - as it may have a side effect that's contributing to my current 'condition'... it's the first time in four years I haven't and I'd forgotten what a wonder a whole night of myoclonic twitch was (great name for a band tho)... I thought I'd better try even tho the medication for my current woes is working too well... three hours' sleep max, and can't move more than a few yards from the bathroom... what a wonderful world.
I'm trying to write a bit now, but fear this may actually seep into the story...
