What with one thing and another this week hasn't gone quite as I'd envisaged.
- nice sunny day but a gale blowing on Thursday - put off bike ride instead 1 Gaby chapter wroted
- Friday not so bright but less windy so 50+km on the bike then out grocery shopping but too tired to concentrate so had an early night.
- Saturday discovered that I'd missed my passport delivery Friday so had to rearrange but could only do that online as the link in their text message wouldn't open - grrrr. Which meant I missed another packet delivery while I was out. Did get another Gaby chapter written but still several behind where I wanted to be.
And this week doesn't get less, between collecting parcels, waiting for parcels, day trips, meals with friends and a two day cycling trip this coming week is even fuller!
Anyhow - the next part of book 14 can now be read here. Things move on a bit fast for our Gabs, whatever next?
Hopefully i'll get on line Wednesday but it could be next Sunday

Parcel for you ...
Why is it that Royal Mail or Parcel Force cannot manage a next day delivery! They need at least a days notice, unlike other delivery services.
Also some deliveries can be made can be made via a local store, that is an easy option for me on days I work.
Look forward to more Gaby adventures.
Next Day?
They can where I live. If I miss the deivery, it gets held at the office unless I arrange another delivery.
For me, it is easier to go to the local office and get the item than have to stay in all day waiting for a delivery.
My local PO delivery office opens at 07:00. That's about the time I get my stuff.
Now if you were talking about DPD or even worse, UPS who don't even bother to try to deliver most times as my place is at the end of their route, I'd agree with you.
Passports
Passports are now delivered by hand by a courier, not by the GPO. This is to combat identity fraud, according to the official blurb
