One of my favorite things is to check the "Stories Posted on This Date in Fictionmania History" link each day in hopes of seeing some old friend I have not read in a while or perhaps meet a new story/author that I've not encountered before.
Today I made the happy acquaintance of "Acting Like a Girl" by Nina Adams. It is also posted here, but I've missed it as it was posted back earlier in the decade before I was here all that much.
Lovely story. Only complaint I have is that I wasn't ready for it to end. Sort of a 'strongly nudged by fate' with the help of a few collaborators - femme story (as opposed to forced femme). I'm posting this because it is broken up into three parts here at bcts so it won't show up on the random solo link on the home page which is how I usually meet authors previously unknown to me here.

I thought I recognized this story. Loved it! Loving Hugs Talia
Not my kind of story
It was not forced femme but the path to heterosexual bliss is a bit pushed and this is the typical style of her stories.
Just an FYI, that BigCloset
Just an FYI, that BigCloset/TopShelf has a very similar story function:
If you use the QuickLinks in the top menu, you will find "1+ Years Ago" "3+ Years Ago" etc. These are links to the JewelBox views that show you stories posted this week in the past :)
