When am I going to learn not to read the comments at YAHOO NEWS? After reading a dozen or so vituperations from ignorant swine saying this girl "needs therapy, not mutilating his genitals" and that "the parents should be jailed for child abuse" I left a comment of my own:
So where is this magical "therapy" you all are saying transgender people need instead of getting surgery and living as their true selves. IT DOESN'T EXIST. Trans people who listen to small-minded bigots can use every sort of psychic voodoo you devise convince themselves they're satisfied living as the sex you force them into for only so long, before they realize the only people they're making happy are YOU!!! YOU need them to not be transgender, not them. And what have you ever done for them besides call them freaks? They realize there is nothing to be gained from trying to live their lives for YOU. This is why there are so many later life transitions like Caitlyn Jenner. Who would have been a lot better off doing what this smart girl is doing about something that isn't going to be prayed or denied or "reparative" quack-therapied away...

find in the Bible. I call these kind of perverts "gender-blenders." It's no wonder this poor little thing is mentally warped. In the good old days when America was great, we had a draft. This little cutie would be called up and given a rifle and sent to someplace awful to fight for freedom. That would straighten him out. We had one of those in our outfit. He walked funny and talked with a noticeable lisp. One night we threw a blanket over him and taught him a good lesson. He ate a bullet the next day. Good riddance. That's how life should be. Some days are garbage days and you have to put the trash out by the curb.
Ouch. It hurts to think and talk like the people who hate us. We should feel sorry for them.
