Phew.
Julina #73 is with the beta readers, then I will do one final polish and post it --- later this evening (it is 3 in the afternoon with me right now) or in the morning.
From my diaries, notes, and stored clippings and snippets (do we need a new combined word here, clippets???) I see that the first words in this episode were set down at the beginning of October - 2015!
I would never have believed that 14 months would whizz by before I got it to post stage.
But there we go.
RL distractions have sure taken their toll.
I am pleased to get this one done - it has become something of an Albatross in the past month or two.
I hope you enjoy it.
Julia.

Gestation Period
And here I was thinking your title was a reference to the gestation period of a frayen or dranakh.
If, and when, you write it, we will read.

I was thinking something of
I was thinking something of the sort as well. Some kind of alternative biology.

I look forward to it
I have been a fan since JOB 1. And we all know that Job 1 is Quality (you must work for Ford ~_^.)
I must admit a slight disappointment that Julina is not in love with a more gentle soul with a more artistic temperament. I look at women who choose these big hulking, hyper-masculine husbands and wonder what it takes to make them feel 'secure' in their mates.
Fourteen Months?
For me, fourteen months on a story would not breeze by, but would go rather slowly. I'm two and a half years into a sequel, and not close to being done. My problem: too many stories all at once, and I can't get myself to stick to one.
