I can never achieve THAT feminine elegance, that soft swish of long hair, that feminine charisma. I will never be like that and it kills me every day. Why it has happened to me it was just the combo of a little "X" rather than "Y" with the "X" to be. It was just alittle run lost.

Don't worry
Lots of other women have the same problem - and complain about it.

Yes, I have it on good
Yes, I have it on good authority that half of all women are below average in those characteristics.

{I leave a trail of Kudos as I browse the site. Be careful where you step!}
graceful
it takes a 24/7 effort that last months if not years before a girl becomes graceful.
most women get some of it but only a select few can truly master it.
If you desire this you must practice it until it becomes just how you normally move. This means being aware of every moment of movement. Analysing body posture, hand and finger positioning, smiling, hair, etc... It is not a feminine default. It has to be learned and practised.

If you pass well enough,
Or are brave enough, that you won't let others (haters, etc.) being weird bother you, you could take ballet or other dance classes. Even Jazzercise (a dance-exercise class) might help. If you're well off you can get private tutoring in fem movement. I agree it will take much time and much hard work.
I just decided I was really a semi-butch dyke; big and strong but not assertive, and a jockette, bicycling and bike racing. I was just myself and didn't worry about being fem. I stopped wearing make-up and often wore a mix of casual guys and gals clothes.

Grace...
The hair I've got, the flowing movements I've got... but grace?
Lets just say that corners, doorframes, random furniture... all of them are my mortal enemies and I don't even like the think about the vendetta flat smooth floors have against me...
