Trying To Track Down Old Story

I'm trying to track down the first TG fiction story I ever read. It probably wasn't even that good, but to me it was eye opening. Here's what I remember about it:

The main character is a guy (don't remember the name) who is good friends with this nurse named Caroline (may have been Catherine, idk). Anyway, the nurse helps the guy to live out a dream by dressing him up as a woman and setting him up with a guy. As the main character is getting dressed, the nurse gives him a pink liquid to drink. He drinks it, and a few minutes later he has a female voice. The nurse leaves so the main character can hook up with the guy. Guy shows up, they have sex, and then he leaves. This is when the main character realizes that he has become Caroline, and that the real Caroline disappeared and gave up her life so that the main character could be happy. The story ends when the new Caroline meets up with one of old Caroline's ex's, and they end up getting married and whatnot.

Anyway, I know its silly, but this is sorta driving me crazy. I read this story back in 2007 or 2006, when I was just a kid and transition seemed to be an impossible dream. Now I'm 23, have nearly completed transition, and I couldn't be happier. It would just be nice for this silly story to get out of my head finally, and I think finding it will help.

Thanks to anyone who can help!
Ally

the title of one I read that was similar, old widower guy that loves the younger woman that owns a pub, she trades bodies with him ( magic ), making his younger, she leaves town ( in his body ) a few years later he ( as her ) meets a guy and gets married to him, then finds out it is her in a different body.

I know I read this one on here, just trying to remember who wrrote it and what it's title is.
