I have no idea how many of these makeup transformations I have seen over the years. Some of them really do tug at the belief it could be possible. Always enjoy looking at the power of makeup when it is applied with the touch of those who understand how to use it. Kinda reminds me of the old Glamor Photo ads. "If we can't make you beautiful, no one can." I wish everyone could experience a makeover if only once in their life to see with their own eyes what they can be.

Every DQ knows that

Goddess knows I have seen a lot of retired DQs and what they looked like normally vs being in makeup is astounding.

True beauties are those who still look great without the help, well that is why they are so prized.

When I was younger I could have been a head turner (with makeup) but I am just too lazy and was not looking for 'that man' so there was never a lot of reason for me to bother. Besides, I know what I really look like ^_^ and am honest about that.

Makes the star

I have a picture of me and a friend after a professional makeup artist did my makeup before a party. It was lovely, like these pictures you showed. My picture was done in 2005, and I think she could repeat it even today.

In the last few months fine lines are appearing on my face despite my using Olay CC cream every day. I think that I will get a citric acid peel to see if that helps. If not, then none of us lives forever do we?

I would like to have lived out this life having just one man tell me he loved me and hold me until the tears of gratitude stopped, and beyond.

Masks and masquerades

Blank out the original face (Spackle, primer) and then paint on a new one. Professional photography makeup is a mask - you can't wear it out: it'll either crack around the parts that move, or the edges will peel. Heck, you can usually only photograph it from a narrow range of angles, and with careful lighting (and post-processing).

Real faces and real beauty are simpler to create, easier to manage through the day or evening, and look like you *actually* look. :-)

my pastor did a makeover of me

its now my profile pic on facebook. But I dont have the energy to worry about it for work, so bareface it is ...
