I seem to have turned into a klutz lately. I cannot get Nicole 47 to follow Nicole 46. Instead it follows Nicole 4. Help please!

Outlining
That's fixed in the outlining tab by setting the weight. Chapter up to 9 should have weight 0, 10-99 get weight 1, 100-999 get weight 2 and the pattern should be clear, tho only Bike has needed weight 3, so far. :)
If you use Roman numerals then IX gets weight 1 and it goes up one weight ever ten after that. Since the max weight is 15, you run out of weight well before you get into Bike territory.
