This is a thoughtful article however it is a shame that it cannot be the other way around
I am certain my younger self would love to have known it all turned out well. Ah well

No one's future is a given
These boys and girls are some of the best hope our world has for a future. Yet, I can see rough times ahead for several of them. Those who blend in perfectly with the "normal" society demands may make it with a few speed bumps in their lives. Having accepting family and friends trims off the height of those speed bumps so they are easier to take.
