Nicely done
The artwork tells the story and that is an accomplishment. It makes me think of John Stanley, one of the great storytellers of comics. Especially the grin on the background woman on the cover. :) She could be a grown-up Little Lulu hatching a plot. Here's a link to an article about Stanley: https://www.lambiek.net/artists/s/stanley.htm You are drawing in a style with a history. :)

Thanks for the compliments!
Thanks for the compliments! Woah she does look like a grown up Lulu! For many years I drew with the bulgy Simpsons-style eyes but I feel I can communicate just as much (if not more) emotion with the Herge/Stanley dots. It's so much simpler and matches the realistically shaped bodies much better. I know my drawings aren't exactly top notch, but as you said, as long as the story can be understood then I suppose that's an achievement. Thanks for commenting.

Well done. The whole story
Well done. The whole story is conveyed very well through those few drawings. Thanks for doing them. I enjoyed reading it.
