Yes, but isn't it hilarious if the mistake would grow in a worldwide 'wrong' perception that Russia flies this flag for LGBT pride? Not only as now it's a joke that Russia thinks, and feels it necessary, that straight pride has to have it's own flag to emphasize a difference, but if and when this mistake is generally accepted, it would mean double the joke.

That said, I feel Russia is pathetic with this 'straight pride flag', and I almost would believe they have a paranoid fear of LGB men and women. IMHO Putin and the Russian-Orthodox religion have a mutually beneficial 'understanding. And since Putin is having his way with governing this once evolving and growing nation, the influence of patriarchal and homophobic religion has grown with leaps and bounds, and for the most religion is -as always- trying to keep the populace compartmentalized in simple and manageable boxes. Which fits Putin's plans just fine of course.
