"Complete" is just for stand-alone stories and completed serials, it's the last tag under "Publication". Please use it correctly. It's perfectly fine, and recommended, to go back and add it to appropriate stories.
For serials, this tag should be used on the First Chapter or the Title Page but not both, and not on each and every chapter. A tag already exists for the Final Chapter of a series or serial.
This tag can be used, with care, for individual stand-alone chapters of a series where it is not necessary to have read the rest of the series. Same for sequels and prequels.
Unlike with most other tags, I will remove this tag if I think it is used incorrectly. An author may, of course, discuss with me in PM any such removal. I will try, but I don't guarantee to send a PM when I remove one, I'm a bit flakey about stuff like that because of frequent interruptions.

P.S. Knowing a serial is complete or that what is posted is a complete and wholely contained arc within the serial, like "Twins" is a complete story arc within the whole proposed "Kari" story or the Books are in Gabi, will be a help to readers and authors alike.
