There was a story about a boy whose siblings were mentally handicapped and his mother and some of her friends girlified him

and there was another story, i think, which was quite long, where part of the story involved the male character as a child dressed in a taffeta gown at a birthday party... I know on this one I'm stretching because there are so many, but this piece was like 40 or 50 chapters long in 2006.
