This is a video I've had floating around on my YouTube's favourites list for and I recently found it again and decided to share with the wonderful BC community.
Transformation into Beauty. This video is 3 and a quarter minutes long and though it isn't a full animation, it's more a series of linked pictures animated in Adobe Flash it is very well done.
A link to the website Mashiro's Castle in the Internet also provides a story, one that the video is a part of one of the chapters. I've not read the story yet but I hope people enjoy the video at the very least.

Yes, I've seen this. It is very well done, but having read the story, you do feel for the boy - being changed in front of a load of passengers on a train. The story is that he and is sister can change each others sex (they cannot change their own sex), and that the sister seems to change him more than he changes her. This animation refers to a time when she is reading a book at home, and imagines him as a bride. He happens to be on a train at the time.
