Well that's the foot fixed. I have a load of paperwork and planning applications and Landlord Licences to sort out so I'm taking the next six weeks off to sort it out. That's how long the surgery on my foot is going to take to heal. They've had to break the fifth RHS metatarsal and re-align it with a scarf joint and screws so my right foot doesn't resemble a hobbit's. Wont be able to walk without crutches for four weeks then it's 'heel-weight-bearing, for the next two weeks. All I know is that it's bloody painful but at least I'll be able to wear the same sized shoe on each foot in future (Size 8.5, wide fit, 6" platforms as per New Look and Next.) Go-od the things we girls go through for fashion. (Ah here comes Lexa with toast and tea. She's a star and she understands all about fashion!!!!)
Night-night all. A couple of super strong painkillers and I'll be blown away for the night. ZZZZZzzzzzz

So you'll continue to be able to
put your best foot forward? I'm sorry. I couldn't resist that one. Hope you're up and about soon, terrorizing the clubs with your dance moves.
Ring me up when you feel the urge?

As a T-woman, I do have a Y chromosome... it's just in cursive, pink script.
Was this an injury?
Good heavens, this seems awfully painful. I do hope that the convalescence proceeds well. So this means crutches and no biking and all that. I'm terribly sorry about this. This puts all your other surgical plans on hold too.
Get well soon.
