New Accounts sending PMs
You should be able to now. Sending PMs is something only verified accounts can do and your account had not yet been verified so I did it by hand. I have to do this every day or two for new accounts because so many email addresses show up as invalid in my verifier routine. Needs a coding fix, probably but it only takes a couple of minutes a day to do by hand. When I remember to do it. :)
