Lord Monckton, an adviser to the British Prime Minister and a Hereditary peer, claimed that the average number of partners for a gay person was between 500 and a 1000 with some gays having as many as 20,000 sexual partners during their lifetimes.
Do the maths guys. Were do they find them?
Have a look at this guy here. https://www.google.co.uk/?gws_rd=cr&ei=3kRoUqjFF4rBtAahn4HYA...

Hereditary Peer
Probably too inbred to be capable of rational thought*. I can count the number of lovers I've had on one hand, and maybe a finger or two on the other hand. I don't do casual sex, the girl/woman has to truly mean something to me. Lover = Partner It's as simple as that.
*Amply confirmed by his statements in a number of other areas.

It took me a few minutes, but I found that I recognized that Lord from before, saying something about climate science.
The math: a rough guestimate, but 20,000 days is about 60 years. So according to him, few gay persons have almost one different partner every day.

One a day?!
One a day?! I could barely keep up with two in one night!
I keed! I keed! But seriously though. I bet the sex was lousy. Maybe it was a typo and they meant 2,000?

Is that why his eyes are popping out or is he really Popeye the Sailor man??

To me, he looks like
Rowan Atkinson. Those eyes look like Rowan did for Mr. Bean.
He's A Kipper
I notice he's a member of UKIP.
For anyone not familiar with the current political scene in Britain, UKIP is a right-of-centre party who want to take the UK out of the European Union, stiffen controls on immigration and make it easier for businesses to hire and fire workers. They're roughly analogous to the Tea Party in the USA.
Their attitudes towards gay people seem to be stuck in the early 1950s, and are evidently about as well informed as you'd have heard in a typical Public Bar around that time.
Funnily enough, it's right-wingers like these who are always at pains to stress that the number of LGBT people is so small as to constitute a minority not worth bothering with.
Irony?
If they believe the number of LGBT people is so incredibly small, where are they finding their 20,000 partners? Math is hard...

A Classic Example
Of someone supposedly intelligent being an absolute prat. I won't go into his political views but his opinions on sexuality and climate change are just derisive.
20,000 Is Not an Odd Number
Talking about 20,000 lovers in the United States points to Wilt "the Stilt" Chamberlain. Wilt was basketball's quintessential big man. He once scored 100 points in a pro basketball game. The average meaningful player scores in the high teens. He claimed in a book to have "scored" with 20,000 lovers.

Some sources state the number was closer to 2,000

Over here we call them varmints, considered pests there is no hunting license required and no bag limit.
On both sides of the pond it would appear that Conservative is equivalent to stupid lout with a mouth the size of a open car trunk / boot. If these folks were around long ago they would have voted against both fire and the opposing thumb as being too radical.
