I last wrote two years ago about my quest for my ex partner to pay maintenance for our daughter, who lives solely with me. In the past two years several calls have been made to the Child Support Agency but the situation remains the same. Today's call confirmed that there are no employment/tax records nor current benefits claims, so she has no liability to pay until one of these conditions is met.
We found out at Easter that she and her new husband had moved again and that address has been passed on to me from the usual channel - daughter. This I passed on today during the CSA phonecall.
So the status quo remains.

I was always short, but I paid until my son went into the Navy. I was short because I didn't make enough to feed and house me, but I gave what I could. My ex accepted the payments as if in full.
Maybe you can get money from your ex's husband. Consult a lawyer on this. there is also the possibility of jail for your ex as a remedy.
