You may have seen my name on the list of "online" people for a while the last 24 hours. That's because I'm re-reading the "Reluctant (whatever)" series by Melanie Brown, but it's going in fits and starts.
I hate it that real life keeps intruding on my time here.

Marathon reading
Try to fit some sleep in there and don't forget to eat...

Well, I have been doing that.
Well, I have been doing that. SLeeping that is. Keeping the browser open so that I can keep where I left off. I had missed the "Reluctant Bride" but I had gotten all these off Sapphire's Place a long time ago. Glad I found them here.
On the recommendation of this
On the recommendation of this thread I have stsrt reading the sseri too... and I really love it!!
Especially the wicked sense of humour so prevalent in the first few parts. :D

the greatest tale....
Never to be told has to be that of Nikki the accident-prone cheerleader and her many misadventures.
I mean she was involved in a farm-machine accident; had her hospital room explode; be accidentally flown to Afghanistan; crash-landed in a nearby country (I couldn't remember where exactly); been sold to a Saudi prince; been on a base in Antarctica
....
....
And given me enough material that I will still be laughing a week from now at least.

Must be something in the air
I'm doing the same thing. Started and finished "Date" and am reading Cheerleader now, Arecee
I am unsure how often it must
I am unsure how often it must show up, but I tend to keep a browser open on my phone with bigcloset so I can see the latest posts and do some reading when on a tram or train.

Love the "Reluctant series" by Melanie Brown.
I definitely get the appeal of reading her stuff all over again.
Definitely work a mug of hot chocolate and settling in.

I recently read the whole series....
And fell in love with both it, and with Melanie's work in general. I can't wait to see more. Her work definitely is of the quality that you just can't put it down, and like a few others (yes Bailey, that includes you, as well as you my little sister!) I have lost a fair amount of sleep sitting up until the wee hours of the morning reading her stories.
