Or you could browser deviantart.com and find an artist whose work you like and see if you can commission a cover from them. Just be forewarned there are some people there who are pretty dishonest and will present other people's work as their own.

Another way
Especially if you are looking for i llustrations or sketches rather than photos or paintings, is to contact a web comic artist you like. Many/most/all of them will do commissions, especially if you give them credit in the book in question.
Fetish artists are good choices when you have ... shall we say, alternative material? (massive breast enlargement, radical changes in physiology, etc )
Paul Tayler of Wapsi Square does good artwork, and will do commissions. So will a lot of others. (I have information on them if that's the sort of thing you want to try)
The upside? You don't have to worry on if it's their work or not.
I'll get a life when it's proven and substantiated to be better than what I'm currently experiencing.

but I would recommend hiring an artist for a commission work, for one drawing it shouldn't be that much.
