Just thought I would post that im still around, still in a bit of pain from the surgery plus two different infections...one of which was a nasty yeast infection.
Its been ...less than fun for sure but im getting better and can actually sit at my comp without major pain.... mostly.
Have a story or few that Im sorta working on when I can find the time. Mostly just reading while laying back via my pda for now.

Be careful
Keeping the dilator clean and cleaning the vagina (I would douche periodically with water or light vinegar solution) and area around it (especially anus) thoroughly is absolutely essential at this stage and not a bad idea to keep infections at bay anyway. It took me like 6 weeks to recover energy but it is still a while before one feels really back to normal. It does make a difference depending on ones fitness level and age.
Finally, not speaking to you directly, but a man's penis is not clean and any sex at this point just invites the possibility of an infection.
