She's around here someplace.
She just blogged herself earlier, in fact. She'll respond to your queries soon enough I suppose. Probably whenever she visits again. She keeps quite busy.
She tends to post a little more slowly than some... So it's probably just a case of needing to be a little more patient.

I just ordered this book from Amazon. I wonder why she does not do ebook?
I can attest that her writing is absolutely professional, and since I was Muslim, think her research was extremely good, though she does not like Muslims. Sigh.
