You are the ones that I've mistreated before,
But hope never to again.
You are the first ones to call me by Name,
You are my circle of friends.
They mean more to me now than ever before.

That's a very simple and yet very powerful and meaningful poem. The mark of a good writer, Diana. I can do meaningful, I can sometimes do powerful, but I'm too wordy and long winded to do simple. *grin*
