I've been thinking of an idea for a story, inspired by a dream I had: Several people (or at least two, a man or a woman) are kidnapped by aliens. The humans are adequately clothed and fed, but the aliens, because they reproduce asexually or whatever reason, are interested in experiments regarding sexuality and gender. One day the main male character wakes up to find his genitalia missing, while the main female character finds her clit has been replaced by a penis. At some point, the two have sex - the man discovering he wants and enjoys anal penetration, and likewise the woman discovering she enjoys penetrating. They're eventually turned completely into the opposite sex, and discover that their gender identities and sexualities have been inverted as well, and voluntarily have regular vaginal sex. When the aliens release them, the former man is heavily and happily pregnant.
Other characters I'm thinking of including are a straight guy who is turned into a gay bottom (maybe a father and a son, the father becomes gay and the son becomes a girl), and a gay man turned into a lesbian - all of them are in the end happy, even thankful for the changes. I might add others or just focus on the main couple.
Another idea is a guy who is ostensibly a straight cis-male, but is in reality deep in denial of his femininity - "he" is a straight woman inside, but can't even bring herself to admit she likes guys, let alone that she wants to be a woman. By some magical device, he finds himself turned into a woman, in a wedding dress, in a hotel room - her husband helps her undress, amid the shock of the whole thing, she discovers she really lusts after this man and wants to have sex with him as a woman, as they're about to start having sex the husband says how he's so lucky to have found a wonderful, beautiful, loving wife who shares his dream of having many kids and of becoming parents on their wedding night, which shocks her but she's even more shocked to discover it turns her on, and when they have sex she keeps her fingers crossed that she'll get pregnant tonight, as she orgasms she has a hunch she is indeed pregnant. Fast forward a year later, she was right and is nursing their baby and comments that they're still having sex every day and that they've decided that for a few years they'll simply never use any contraception at all, and let nature take its course.
Any comments, suggestions, etc are much appreciated.

The aliens seem to be
targeting those who want the change. What if they find those who do not want to be changed?

Well, the way I'm thinking
Well, the way I'm thinking about it, the aliens are also flipping their gender identities, etc - they're changing them into what they would've been had they been the opposite sex, but not just physically. Alternatively, I could also make it so that the aliens are interested in dysphoria.
While interesting
I do feel it necessary to point out that you would want to be very careful in the way you structured such stories for BCTS.
A lot -- A LOT -- of us have severe problems with identity death or forced sexuality or gender changes, and your story ideas would very easily fall into these categories without a lot of forethought into why the character's personalities from before the changes might have made their later characteristics more suiting. Simply overwriting who they are would potentially lead to a lot of negative criticism from the community here, and using the reasoning that the aliens could force their personalities into whatever they wanted would just make the situation worse.
Again, interesting ideas, but I would recommend treading very carefully when trying to write a story with them.

Well... the first story idea
Well... the first story idea would be interesting for porn/erotica. Otherwise you'd need to spend some serious thoughts on the background of the aliens. Why do they do this? Why do they even think abducting other intelligent beings is okay and playing around with their bodies, minds and identities would be a good idea? Truth to be told I think the idea is rather interesting, but it would be rather hard to pull off outside of erotica.
I'm not a big fan of identity death, but it doesn't look that's what you plan to do here. Your plans are certainly something that rarely appears here. I'd like to read it though.

Yes, it would be erotica. I don't plan to do it as identity death, more like identity modification. The aliens would be pretty secondary characters.
Just do it
I would say that when you get a story idea, just start writing it.
Ask the people on this site, and everyone who replies will have different ideas and opinions, and if you think too much about them, the result is writing by committee, the very worst kind of creative writing possible.
It all sounds rather zany, but what the hell. Go for it.
Aliens
I could see the first one working well as a comedy: Gzorp is getting bored of all the anal probing and wants to shake things up, so hir friend Quibx suggests they get the test subjects to probe each other, and once they start messing with the transmogrifier and the mind control laser it's just too much fun and they can't stop trying combinations.
