I wrote this for someone very dear to me to explain how I handle life.
I have not had a happy life, but with my transition, I have adopted the understanding that the only way I will find happiness is to change those things that prevent it. It is the hope of finding happiness that keeps me going when the world seems to be overwhelmingly against me.
Hope is change.
Change brings loss.
Loss is painful.
The pain will end.
I welcome change
into my life.

Well said.
Change is inevitable, except from vending machines.
People say, "You don't know what you had until it's gone." Very true, but also equally true is, "You don't know what you've been missing until is arrives."
Nice.
Very poetic, very sweet. One day I'll be able to see change of my own.
Upon my liar's chair
Full of broken thoughts
I cannot repair
