We have an enormous body of talent with all of the author's here at BCTS. A few days ago, I discovered further proof of this talent when I found this wonderful story by Rebecca Anderson: http://bigclosetr.us/topshelf/title-page/4718/wild-horses-re...
I do not normally make blog posts, preferring to give kudos and the occasional comment; but after reading Wild Horses, I cannot remain silent.
This story gripped me as few have - a magnificently well written tale, that while it has its dark moments - some quite dark, it leaves the reader with a blaze of hope and acceptance. Wild Horses is not a casual read, but it's highly worth the effort.
Thank you, Rebecca.
Hugs,
Kathy

I read this years ago
and it remains a favourite though I struggle with some of the violence and dark areas. It needs a lot of time to savour it.

Kathy, Rebecca Anderson's Wild Horses
is a favorite of mine too. Glad you found this treasure.

Second That!
I too have just spent the last few days reading it for the first time. I first read "A Turn of Cards" by the same author, (thanks to the Random Solo) and thought it was good, but Wild Horses was Awesome!
I've kinda run out of superlaterives when trying to describe most of the stories I've read on here. Mostly I'm left with "WOW".
Merry Christmas from New Zealand. Cheers, Kiwi.
