if you've missed reading "Susie and Jeffrey", by Jamie Hayworth, you've missed out on one of the most riotous romps of humor I've read in a long, long time.
Her writing takes advantage of the best of British humor a la "Carry On" comedies, with a healthy dose of Benny Hill chases.
I am, quite frankly, astounded at the lack of kudoes and comments this GREAT story deserves. Do yourselves a HUGE favor and go check it out. It is sublimely hilarious and VERY well written!
On a scale of ten, ten being the best... I give it a solid 12!

Its a way different sort of read that is warm, humorous and keeps you pulled in like a continuous song or musical going :) I like the series a lot and will go back and comment. I am guilty of not having commented a lot on stories I like in the past because of problems with my dealing with pain physically and letting it show through in my wording.
But I highly recommend you read this series. It is lovely!

Chapter one, but then comments and kudos can be very serendipitous here, at times I think I've written something a bit cleverer and it falls flat and when I do run of the mill stuff it rakes in both comments and kudos.
However, I agree that Jamie is a talented author who deserves more recognition and I've been a supporter from the the first posting.

Inasmuch as I WANT to read it, I really do! But there's a lot of it, I'm reading a whole slew of other stories, and I barely have any reading time left these days anyways.
The simple idea of trying to catch up with it is in itself a daunting thing to imagine.
It's on the list... but lately... all that list seems to do is get longer.

Quite frankly...
Most people don't want clever. They like reading stories that follow the traditional TG mould. If you start breaking that mould, people get angry or disinterested. I'm guilty of that to an extent. I come to Big Closet to read transgender stories, typically male to female stories. I don't know why, they just interest me the most in TG fiction. So when it comes to cross dressing stories or stories where people switch back and forth constantly I lose interest. If I feel that the author has mislead me into reading a genre I'm not interested, by not properly tagging or leaving an adequate description, I get annoyed.
Jamie is a talented writer. I just took the time to read through her first three chapters. Her dialogue flows nicely and is believable. A lot of authors here have issues with creating "believability." There's always something that just seems slightly off. That's not the case with her writings. I just couldn't get into the story because it's outside my preferred genre. But honestly, it's worth checking out.
As for your stuff, I'm pretty sure I read it all (except for Bike). I love your writing style and your characters. I wish you'd update some of your other stories a bit more frequently but I understand a lot of your personal writing time is taken up by Bike. I'd hope your stuff doesn't fall "flat" very often. You deserve recognition for your skills and, from what I've seen, you do usually get it.
