Dallas has accommodations in their ordinances protecting TG people right to use public restrooms, while Ft. Worth does not. Hearsay on my part, but it is what I've heard.

Having said this, the same conversation mention Ft. Worth is working on it.

Note that the protections are not state wide, and Dallas does try to have fair housing provisions for gay and TG.
