Finally after 9 weeks the cast has come off my right arm .The good thing is it was a good diet plan as I could not get a spoon or fork to my mouth & I learned how to shave with my left hand.Now I am off to take a nice long shower and get all the dead skin off the arm & get it wet for the first time in over 2 months

I mean; how many people get rich writing fad diet books? You might become a rich Rich. People could get a cast even without actually having an injury.

I can just see it...
On the first page: Get a full arm cast on your dominant side, then continue to read this book.
On the rest of a VERY slippery book's 500 pages a puzzle that sends the reader back and forth all over the book so they have a VERY hard time figuring out they have beeen had, by which time with the difficulty they have reading and eating they have actually lost weight so your money back policy is safe.
