That's the third time that's shown up here...
Mia still has to take her case back to the BATFE now that she's gotten the EEOC to clarify the law, if they still refuse to take responsibility for discriminating against her, she has to fight it...
Anyways, though, the decision is a major landmark for us all, we can all sit a little more comfortable in knowing that if we can prove discrimination on basis purely of our gender presentation, we DO have FEDERAL protection now.
It'll be interesting to see any follow-up on her case... Some other articles about the decision stated that her case is very clear-cut, they claimed funding was cut, yet they hired someone else to the position, she was in every way very well qualified...
