I'm sorry, Stan...
...really. But I don't get your point at all. Maybe you could explain why?

May Your Light Forever Shine
Uh...?
So a TG woman collects money from bill collectors? Sorry, not seeing much of a story there.
Have delightfully devious day,
Well...
... suppose this person is an extremely timid crossdresser who finally gets up the nerve to dress, all alone at home, and suddenly the phone rings: "YOU OWE US MONEY!"
In a fright, he takes off all the makeup, the clothes, and locks them in the attic.
And it takes a while, but he gets up the nerve once again, and then, the moment the last touch is in place, the phone rings again: it's the debt collector.
Every time the poor guy gets dolled up, the damn phone rings, and it's always the debt collector, who only calls when the man is en femme. When he gets those calls it makes him feel guilty and afraid, as if someone is watching.
He has no idea whether it's a coincidence, and he is terrorized.
But then when the calls get abusive, he stands up for himself and shouts at the caller, "I'M WEARING A DRESS AND I'M GLAD, GODDAMMIT! DEAL WITH IT!" and hangs up.
The debt collector is stunned. He re-evaluates his life. He realizes that when his ex-wife, his mother, his priest, the kids in his neighborhood, and all his co-workers called him a jerk, they were on to something.
He goes over to the cross-dresser's house and offers to pay him $10 million because he feels so badly.
The cross-dresser uses the money to get the most amazing sex-change operation on earth.
The two fall in love, get married, and live happily ever after.
