...tomorrow morning. It's about a mile from where we live and I'll be able to get over there frequently. She's doing pretty good, she stood up and took a few steps today and ate a decent size meal for the first time in days. My brother is going home on a 9 p.m. flight and left for the airport.

It's raining which is sort of pleasant since I'm inside and dry and warm. Hope all of you are well, too, and thanks much for the support. Especially thank Bob and Sephrena who helped me keep the site working while I couldn't get to a computer.

Tired now, going to sleep.

Hugs all,
Erin

Sleep tight, hon

Went through the rehab/therapy center thing with my mom this summer, I understand all too well what you are going through. But you know, she got a lot of good out of it. This is a step in the right direction for both of you.

Take care,
Karen J.

I hope...

this works out well, Erin, for both of you.

Take some "me time" and relax for a bit. That's an order. :) (Please)

Erin, I know how difficult decision it must have been

to place your Mom in a home, but it's probably the best thing for both of you. They can give her the constant care she needs right now, and you can get some much needed rest. As for the site, well, we can get along just fine until you are ready to resume your post as owner/administrator. I think we'd all prefer you to be in good health, as opposed to getting a few more stories.

Be well, Erin, and thank you again for all your hard work.

Sounds like a good choice

Only a mile away alows you to check on her easily and keep both of your spirits up.

Now rest, recooperate and relax. You need to make sure you are not sick from stress.

Maybe write a little if so moved, take a drive, hike or just veg out.
