Well I got bored so I thought if I can't ride a bike myself, who do I know who does? Well amongst my list of characters, most of them do, but who in particular? I think there is only one thoroughbred amongst them all, maybe Cathy would be a thorough-bread?
So I upped and scribbled another Gabysode in my Dorset trilogy. I know some of you don't read them, which is fair enough, but for those who do - Whatever Next 12 has gone to my proofers and will be with Maddy asap.

OUCH !
I had SRS on August 15 and while I have made a couple short trips of only perhaps 5 miles, by the time I got home, my bottom was loudly complaining. Now it is winter here with almost constant rain and about 43 Degrees F. I think of myself as having a tough side, but that is simply too much.
I hope you get better soon.

Okay, it was only to the shop and back, maybe a mile all round, but not bad 8 days after surgery. Don't tell my daughter, she'll kill me.
(Feel like naughty schoolgirl!).

Cycling is semiloadbearing exerise as opposed to running where all the weight of your body is on your legs all of the time. Cycling is easier on many joints though on the crotch, ouch!
A good broken-in saddle or a gel saddle help a lot. Take it easy.
Just because Evil Knevil is dead is no excuse to go jumping the fountains at Cesare's Palace ladies.
