The entire shift at that place should be sacked. From the top down McDonalds have failed, the people who have trained the franchise operators have failed. I was so angry and am still. One thing I do know for certain is that I will make sure everybody I know sees as much of this video as they can stomach. I want them to see how the lowest of low life in society function, they film, joke about and relish other people's pain as they stand by rather than step in. I want to make certain that every time they see or hear anything McDonalds that this video comes to mind and sours their stomachs. Social Responsibility begins at home, in this case in their training and franchises. They have failed.
Time to step up Ronald, take a stand and do something proactive. Is McDonalds just a friendly place just for moms and kids or are they a friendly place for humanity? I'll make certain I never grace their arches again until I see something positive in the news.
