My understanding is that there was another law
.... in Howard County Maryland also.
The only thing that is a bit of an unknown is the changes to Public Restroom accomodations. The article was not clear on what kind of amendments were made in that regard.

Just thought I should warn everyone, before anyone decides to move there, and because HuffPo doesn't seem to know: Baltimore (City) isn't in Baltimore County, though they abut. If you got a condo overlooking the inner harbor or Fort McHenry, this law would do you no good (but the view would be nicer than overlooking the Black and Decker plant).
