book 5 gaby bits
i've been rereading my paperbacks, are some of the chapters in book 5 out of order?
at one point he's wining the wein konigin, the a few chapters later he's being nominated for it.
none of the other books were like that.

Book 5 Gaby "Bits"
Yeah. I'm not the author, but I started her fan club at the Gabyzone, and a couple on yahoo before they were deleted for pix someone added to the group page. Anyway, Book 5 Bits was conducted as a writing exercise for Maddy. She posted the chapters as she finished them, instead of a particular order like people are used to reading. A couple of us at the old Gabyzone tried to assemble them in the best flow order they could, but actually there were a couple of places where the chapters did not fit smoothly like in an edited "book", since they were not done in order. It was interesting, as you can get the overall "feel" but not the "flow". A lot of people did not like this at all.
a few years ago
when i first read this, i remember thinking some were out of order. did she every do a more polished version?
I know books 6 through 9 flowed real well, of corse I'm looking forward to a answer to the cliff hanger at the end of book 9.

print version of book 5 is in a more chronological order although once or twice there is a degree of overlap in the time frame. For me the original sequence worked well, a series of short cameos of Drews life but i do understand that those with less imagination than me might find it difficult to follow!
