Not making a lot of progress on writing. Fighting a cold for the last week or so.
And I've had a few ideas that just won't fit.
Came up with a *lovely* (evil) outfit for Morgan, but there's no way it'd meet the dress code for school.
A tight top (maybe a haltertop) that shows his "assets" *very* well. And a very tight pair of hot pants. The sort where nothing is left to the imagination.
And yes, if it was safe, Morgan *would* love to wear something like that, both to "show off" and to play with people's minds.
Ah well, maybe I can work it in later.
I do wish I was a good enough artist to draw some of this stuff.

Girl clothes are more "fun". And if you don't get clocked, you can wear them a lot.
Nude is fun too, but that's rarely appropriate. Except at the nude beaches they now live a bit far from and certain local events up in Portland.

I'm sure that modifications could be made to keep it within the boundaries of the rules -- if not decency. Perhaps a leotard, or a pair of bicycle shorts and a shirt that stays (barely) within the dress code.
For swimming, a bikini top and a pair of men's Speedos would work.

So West coast life isn't this liberal. Things are different for each of us I suppose.
Washington Stae has legalised Same sex marriages but in UK it's called a 'Civil Contract' cos technically, England and Wales are still officially Protestant, Anglican countries. (History I'm afraid.)
On the other hand we have areas (Not ghettos by the way.) designated as 'Gay villages' in one or two of the the bigger cities and just about anything goes.
In the second piccie, I was out on the street at the 'Sparkle' event and earlier that afternoon I was talking to the gay police - one of whom is transgendered and regularly patrols the Canal Street village. That night, a couple of tourists tried to heckle me from their roadside table but I quietly approached the police and without hesitation they strolled over to the tourists table and explained the law. They apologised, and invited me to their table were we ended up having a good night out. They thought I was gay until I explained my circumstances and that really played with their heads.

Part of my reasons for going out thus is to demonstrate that there are even different degrees of transgenderism and transgendered life-styles. Several of my transgendered aquintances think what I'm doing is wrong because it portrays trangenderism in a bad light. We agree to differ on that and we remain friends. At least when I'm dressed thus, it provides me with an opportunity to talk to people because hundreds of people (Particularly women in clubs,) come on to me to chat and ask about transgenderism.
Spread the word is one of my intentions.

This me with one of my best friends enjoying 'Cafe Culture' in UK. Things can only get better.
Oh, the West Coast is
Oh, the West Coast is liberal. And conservative. And a lot of other things. A few hours drive from San Francisco, which has things like the Folsom Street Fair (where your outfit and Morgan's would be downright *tame*) you have the area around Sacremento where Russian &^ Ukrainian immigrants and their churches made it virtually impossible to convict someone who beat a T-girl to death for being a T-girl.
Here in Oregon, we've recovered fairly well from the ravages of the OCA (Oregon Citizens Alliance) back in the 80s and 90s. Heck a small town near the state capitol has a TG mayor. I've known her for years as her female self. But she ran under her male name and wore dresses and things. (Stu Rassmussen in Silverton, Oregon)
She's had implants for something like two decades, but no hormones. She wrote up the story of how she decided on that years back. Rather interesting. But that's under her femme name, which is still kept out of the public eye.
Your outfit (and Morgan's) wouldn't do more than raise eyebrows in a lot of places in town. But wouldn't be appropriate in school. Though both you and Morgan would risk a gay bashing if you got spotted by the wrong folks. Yes, we had three of them last year. At least 3 that made the news. And at least one of those was in an area known for gay clubs. :-(
Alas, one legacy of the OCA is an amendment to the state constitution the forbids gay marriage. We do have civil unions (and there was a fight about whether that was contrary to the amendment).
But Portland (and Multnomah county) has had anti-discrimination laws protecting gay & TG folks for almost as long, and we've had a state level version for a while. Though many folks seem unaware of it.
Oh yeah, something that will be referenced at some point, possibly the next installment, are the two local nude beaches (Oregon *state* law about "public indecency" is rather liberal. Portland is rather more straight-laced in that it doesn't allow exposure of the male genitals, even in a non-sex related way, while state law does allow it).
Then there's the Portland "branch" of the World Naked Bike Ride, which, since it's considered a protest, means that it supercedes the normal Portland restrictions. Two daytime rides and a nightime one.
So we're liberal and conservative. What works depends a lot on circumstances.
