Needless to say...
In amongst the commentators either punning (e.g. "the study highlights the vas deferens between men and women") or taking the study at face value, it's refreshing to see several taking issue with the research - either from closer examination of the studies referenced or (in the case of menstrual synchrony) personal experience.
As for the "Semen Cafe", by the time the Google Street View car visited Cotteridge, the owner had got around to removing the remaining letters from the "Happy Hour Amusements" sign (presumably the former business on the site): http://g.co/maps/x783w
