Part 3 is now available and I apologise in advance for the blue background. It seems there is a gremlin in Lulu's conversion programme - I am trying to sort the problem but it seems rather hit and miss.

Sorry to say that the blue background version PDF file `still rolls the last line on the page off of the screen on the kindle.

Lulu are not being any help with this so i'm on my own - there is a solution - i have to get a full version of Adobe pdf writer, but locating such a beast at a price i can afford is the issue.
I'll keep peeps updated.

Open Office Writer.
Open Office writer will export out document files to .PDF, and is free too. (I use it to make copies of stories here and other sites, with permission, for my kindle :) )
Whether it will do the formatting you need it to do I don't know, but surely it must be worth a try.
its not the making
of the pdf thats the problem but getting the fonts embedded. Adobe allows you to do it manually but it seems a bit hit and miss with other converters.
