In another number system, it's the ultimate answer. In a third, it's just over a third of a century.
What's the significance? Well, this might provide a clue...

Got to be 34...Many Happy Whatevers
It's binary, eh? 2 to the 1st plus 2 to the 5th.
well,
100010 is 34.
Your picture would seem to indicate it is Pi, which is 3.14-and so on (unless it has something to do with the degree of the slice?)' it fits your second clue to a T, and as for the first clue, I don't really understand it.
More explanation, please?

Happy Birthday?
Don't do binary--can't cope with more than five fingers. 42 is Douglas Adams answer to the question, however, I know you're not 42, so I'm guessing it must be 34. In which case, Happy Birthday.

No wonder you're confused...
...You only need one finger for binary, which can do double duty as digit or opinion.

Nice to see...
...I haven't confused the heck out of everyone here :) Still, it offered a bit more brain exercise than me telling you direct :)
Yes, I was born 12,418 days ago (298,034 hours ago), and it's a tradition in my office that you take in a cake or other 'naughty but nice' treats on (or near to) your annual celebration. Many cheat and buy a party cake from a supermarket, but some of us go to the effort to offer a more personal touch.
There are 10 kinds of people in the world - those who understand binary and those who don't...
As the right side of the brain controls the left side of the body, then only left-handers are in their right mind!
Number
Well, I was guessing 50, which is 42 in base 12.
Whatever it is....

Here's my take on it...
If you take it into decimal, it does make 34, but if you go hex, it makes sense given the approximate percentage of the Whatever that is which has been removed. I'm still gonna go with
Proving a Happy Birthday…
Mittfh,
Happy 34th(?) Birthday!
Proof:
Firstly, we have…
1000102 = 428 = 3410
…which takes care of the first pair of clues.
The picture doesn't look like a pie to me, but a cake, often presented on the occasion of a birthday.
Therefore, I'm guessing that the decimal value would represent your age, since reference to "a third of century" would be a measure of time.
Therefore, Happy 34th Birthday! QED.
Please, Mittfh, don't be too miffed if I got the age wrong.
Peace!
