I'm still working on options for bad weather, but somehow or another we're going to make it work out.

If nothing else, we may have a couple of tents to go over the tables at the park. They still need to be checked out. But hopefully we will not have to worry about them.

I'm still looking for a place we can go indoors if we have to. The place I thought of first, does not have a separate room we can use, but I haven't put on a full court press yet.

If you want to join us, we should have 10 or more BCTS authors and a couple of family members, but we have no upper limit. In case you missed the first two announcements, the place is Walnut Creek, California, which is about 25 miles east of San Francisco, with good transportation from San Francisco, or its airport, via BART ( The Bay Area Rapid Transit system ) ttp://www.bart.gov/ which covers much of the bay area, It also links to Oakland Airport via a short shuttle bus ride.

The park is about 3 miles east of the intersection of Interstate 680 & California Hwy 24., which is where we can pick you up at the BART station if you come in that way.
