A murderer who brutally killed transgendered prostitute Andrea Waddell in Brighton, Sussex, England, has been given an indefinite jail term for raping another woman in Brighton five weeks earlier.

Could have so easily been preventable...
had the original rape victim reported her ordeal to the police.
Is this a sad indictement of our society that some women are still reluctant to report assault and rape to the police?
If only she had, then Miss Waddell would surely still be alive.
We will probably never know to what extent of suffering she had to endure in her final moments ,as any motives for this atrocity seem to remain vague.

No.he killed her because he was somebody who was willing to kill and rape for whatever reason. He killed her because he was what one might call 'evil'. End of.
